About Us

At ResClime, we are dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable agriculture, innovative green technologies, and hands-on training. Based in Botswana, our mission is to equip smallholder farmers, especially women, with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in an era of climate uncertainty. Our flagship initiative, the ResClime Permaculture Garden Project, is a pioneering effort to promote climate-resilient farming practices. By integrating permaculture principles, we aim to enhance food security, restore ecosystems, and build sustainable livelihoods for rural communities

At the heart of our work is a commitment to empowering women as agents of change. We believe that when women have access to resources and training, they not only transform their own lives but also uplift their families and communities. Through our workshops and tailored programs, we create opportunities for farmers to adopt regenerative agricultural practices, improve soil health, and diversify their incomes.

ResClime is more than a project—it’s a movement toward a greener, more equitable future. Join us in cultivating resilience, innovation, and hope for Botswana and beyond. Together, we can build a sustainable world.

Climate change is no longer a distant threat—it is a pressing reality that affects everyone, though its impacts are felt more deeply by certain groups. Among the most vulnerable are smallholder farmers, particularly women, who face the dual challenges of a changing climate and a historic lack of resources to modernize their farming practices. Recognizing this critical gap, Dineo Molefhi founded ResClime( called Botswana Envirobuddy by then) in 2018, with the vision of empowering farmers—especially women—to adapt to and thrive amidst the challenges of climate change.
Initially registered in 2021 and re-registered in 2025, ResClime is committed to transforming lives by providing access to essential resources, including knowledge and training, farm supplies, advanced technology, and financing solutions. By addressing these barriers, the organization equips smallholder farmers with the tools they need to build resilience and ensure sustainable livelihoods in the face of a changing climate. ResClime remains steadfast in its mission to create a more equitable and climate-resilient future for women farmers and their communities

ResClime Partnerships

ResClime Organization is proud to collaborate with forward-thinking partners to drive sustainable solutions in agriculture, green technology, and community empowerment. We work closely with the Global Fund for Women, aligning with their mission to empower women and advance gender equity through innovative and impactful projects. Together, we strengthen the capacity of women-led initiatives in climate-smart agriculture and environmental sustainability.

As an active partner of the Africa Climate Justice Movement, we contribute to the fight for climate justice, particularly through supporting grassroots women’s organizations. This partnership reinforces our commitment to empowering communities most affected by climate change while advocating for systemic environmental and social transformation. In addition, ResClime is on the verge of establishing a groundbreaking partnership with Water Utilities Corporation in Botswana to deliver wastewater management and training programs. This initiative aims to equip smallholder farmers with the knowledge and tools to use treated wastewater effectively and safely for agricultural purposes, promoting water conservation and resilience in the face of climate challenges.

Through these partnerships, ResClime continues to amplify its impact and drive transformative change in Botswana and beyond.
